Welcome to Allmake in Stirling.

We are a local, family run small business selling, servicing, repairing & overhauling domestic sewing machines. Our origin lay in the selling and servicing of the classic European brands many of which we’re still servicing today. Today we specialise in Bernina, Q series, Bernette & Juki while still working to keep the classic machines of the past working to the best of their ability. If you’re seeking a quality machine or quality work to be done on your beloved machine, we’re here to help.

REPAIRS & SERVICES

We are an authorised BERNINA, Q-series and JUKI dealership and are well-equipped to keep your beloved machine in top shape. Allmake has been servicing and repairing all makes and models including Bernina, Juki, Singer, PFAFF, Janome, Necchi, Elna and Husqvarna now for over 50 years and we pride ourselves on delivering the best possible performance from any machine that we work on. We are highly trained, approachable and offer a 6 month warranty on all repairs.

If you are from the country or use your machine regularly, pre-book your machine ahead of time so that we can have it back to you by an agreed date (in some cases 1 day turn around) – it helps you, and it helps us. Booking in for regular maintenance to prevent issues developing, means you will only be without your machine for 2-4 working days.

Not able to make it into our shop?

While we are now located in the Adelaide Hills we do have some options for transporting machines for a small fee.

CLASSES & TUITION

We offer ‘one-on-one’ tuition on sewing machines and small group classes on overlockers to help you become confident in the use of your machine. During the 1/2 -1 hour sessions, we guide you through set up, basic maintenance & troubleshooting as required and then focus on what you would like to know about your machine specifically. These lessons are free with the purchase of a new machine, and available for a fee to anyone with any age or type of domestic sewing machine or overlocker.

*Please note that machines must be recently serviced and in good working order.
